When Can I Place My First Order?
Once we’ve received your medical document from your healthcare practitioner, we’ll be in touch. Once processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email once your application has been approved. You will then be able to place your first order.

How Do I Renew My Medical Document?
A medical document, like a prescription, has a timeframe associated with it which is decided by your healthcare practitioner, e.g., a 6-month medical document. Once this time is up, you will need to get your medical document renewed. We will send you email reminders whenever your medical document is about to expire.
To renew your medical document, simply follow the same steps as you did the first time, including filling out the registration form again. This is simply to ensure we have your most up-to-date information.
