Have your healthcare provider or one of our clinic partners submit the required medical document to us by fax to 1-403-637-3121
Step 2
Create an account
Fill out our simple application form to set up your account. If you’ve chosen to work with our partners at Canadian Cannabis Clinics, they will complete this step for you.
Step 3
Receive account approval
Stand by for notification that your account is approved —usually within one business day of receiving your documents.
